Family-Owned for Over 30 Years

Since 1996, Johnson & Johnson has delivered trusted heating, cooling, and plumbing services by putting people first and treating customers like family.

Johnson & Johnson Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing was officially founded in 1996 by Michael, Susan, and Jason Johnson. But our story started long before that.
Michael learned the HVAC trade while serving in the United States Army. In 1989, Michael and Jason began working in the industry part-time, building a reputation one customer at a time. Like many family businesses, the early years were defined by long hours, hard work, sacrifice, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
What began as a small family operation with just four employees has grown into a trusted home services company serving homeowners throughout the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, Western Maryland, and the surrounding region.
Today, more than 30 years later, we’re still family-owned, still locally operated, and still guided by the same values that helped us earn our first customers.

It’s Always Been About People

If you ask us what we’re most proud of, it isn’t the number of trucks on the road or the growth we’ve experienced over the years. It’s the people.
From the beginning, this company was built on relationships. Michael focused on serving customers. Susan answered phone calls, scheduled calls, and kept the business running behind the scenes. Jason worked in service and installation while helping shape the future of the company.
That future was never about becoming the biggest company.
